FAQs

Q: Everytime I put something in my basket I get a screen saying that my basket is empty

A: Our shopping cart runs on cookies and needs your cookies to be enabled in order for our site to remember what you have added. You can change these settings on your browser under Tools>Internet Options>Privacy and set the level to medium

Q: I have placed my order, but I haven't got an email from you

A: Sometimes anti-spam software blocks our automatic emails from reaching you. You can track the progress of your order and see if we have received it by visiting our Order Tracking page

Q: I have received my order but it's not what I wanted, can I send it back?

A: Of course! Return it to the address on the back of the package and we will refund you as long as the item is unopened and unused

Q: I have a discount code, but I don't know where to put it

A: You can enter discount codes on the basket when you go to checkout. It is just above where you would choose your postage.

Q: There is a product I would like but you don't have it in stock

A: We regulary get new stock into our warehouse and Letterbox Love is updated daily. If you use our stock notification feature we will email you when a product is back into stock

Q: It has been more than five days and I still haven't received my order what should I do?

A: Contact us by email or phone us, we will be able to track the order with Royal Mail, and if the item has gone missing we will send another straight out to you - or refund you - it's your choice

Q: I get emails from you about offers and new products, I'd prefer not to get them - how do I stop them?

A: That's no problem, we're not trying to annoy you! There will be an unsubscribe button on the bottom of the email which will remove you from our mailing list, or email us with unsubscribe in the subject line
